E.g. selecting extremely slow will not activate slow animation after clicking apply, but it will use previously applied value. *I found out that this applies only to "Present windows" plugin, other might be also affected, but I didn't check. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open systemsettings → desktop → desktop effects 2. Set animation speed to extremely slow → apply 3. Set animation speed to Instant → apply 4.
