How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable "PowerSaving" in BIOS for platform with SB700; 2. Plug USB speaker into USB port (we tried multiple ports); 3. play audio file with USB speaker. Actual results: USB speaker may not function properly, noise can be heard. Expected results: USB speaker should work properly.
