KDE:KDE4:Community repository is built against KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop. Since this repo has KDE 4.1.3, but isn't being published: - Packages from KDE:KDE4:Community require kdebase4-runtime >= 4.1.3 - Packages available to users provide kdebase4-runtime = 4.1.2 ..so, KDE:KDE4:Community aren't installable. E.g. in this case KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop was disabled from publishing.
