I intend to provide a step by step instruction and call: export LANG=C ; oocalc and every thing seems fine. But in my German environement: 1. start calc 2. enter "Hello World" in a cell 3a double click at the "Hello Wold" and choose Underline you see the text underlined and hit tab to go to the next cell the underlining is gone 3b select the text in the cell, select "Format", "Character" choose "Font color" and select "Blue" hit "Ok" and Tab you see nothing changed 3a is only in my German env but 3b happens all the time. Looks like that "selecting the whole text in a cell" and make is underline does not work. Maybe there is some magic which tried to move the "underline selection" from the text to the cell when the whole text is selected and this is broken. Selection only "Hello" when you have entered "Hello World" and make "Hello" underline works... I tried the latest trunk build under de_DE.UTF-8 locale, and this doesn't happen on me. This bug smells a little like Bug 437137, which I fixed one day after Mario's comment! ;-) Whoever reproduced this bug, can you try it again using the latest build? It's possible that this is already fixed via Bug 437137.
