There are 2 issues here: 1. Akregator is contained in 2 submenus: "Internet->Feed" and "Internet->Usenet News Reader". On a default install it is the only entry in both submenus, so both entries get added to the parent "Internet" menu by the reduced menu depth patch (which is enabled by default). The upstream akregator.desktop file contains: "Categories=Qt;KDE;Network;News;". kdepim4.spec calls "%suse_update_desktop_files akregator Network RSS-News", which _adds_ "X-SuSE-RSS-News" to the categories list. IMHO this should be called with the parameter "-r" (as it has been done in 11.4) to _replace_ the categories list and make Akregator only show up in "Internet->Feed". (it is no usenet news reader anyway...) 2. The first entry should have the name "Feed (Akregator)", instead it has "Usenet News Reader (Akregator)" which is the same name as the second one (this is more visible if "Show applications by name" is turned on, of course). This is a bug in the reduced menu depth patch.
