I've used the openSUSE-Leap-15.5-Minimal-VM.aarch64-kvm.qcow2 hard drive image to get to the point, where I wasn't able to connect to the network. I haven't tried any other hard drive images.

I'm afraid I'm not able to re test this, because I'm using this server productive right now.
