In each case, the packages have been totaly reworked before 11.1-beta1. It caused many troubles. It caused also some missing icons. All the strictly needed packages should be required now. I will close this bug now. Feel free to reopen it if you miss all the icons on 11.1-beta2. Note that icons are still missing in some dialogs or the help window but it is another issue.
