There's no need to fill this bureport with more comments about missing support in current drivers. Starting with 8.27.10 I filed my comments with every "new" driver. Not because I like to do that so much, but to remember that there _is_ an issue to be solved. If this is not solved with an upcoming driver or X version, I'll open this bug and write it down.

BTW: what about the radeon driver's performance and capabilities ?
