Using xrandr to manipulate output on the built-in PANEL monitor and the monitor using VGA_1 connector works fine but i'm not able til output anything to the DVI-D_1 connector. The screen remains black. When using ati's proprietary drivers all monitors works as expected. I'm using av opensuse 11.1. I've include the output of 'X -logverbose 7' while running 'xrandr --output DVI-D_1' while booted from the two different vesafb modes as attachments to the case. When running the vesafb in 1400x1050 the text on the linux console was a little bit off the screen to the left so a decided to try a different vesafb mode.
