Try to delete a partition which is currently mounted. You get displayed in dialog (english: snapshot1.png, german: Bildschirmphoto3.png). In the german translation, you see "Wenn Sie unsicher sind, drücken Sie auf 'Verwerfen'." Should be 'Abbrechen' instead, because the button is also 'Abbrechen'. (In the english version, both is 'Cancel'.) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Any other offers? ------- Comment #28 From Michael Skiba 2009-02-01 03:42:44 MST (-) [reply] ------- Private hm.. the whole abort/cancel stuff seems horribly broken in the English YaST too. In the list, where you have the community repositories a click on Abbrechen(Cancel/Abort) takes you one step back, while the original zurück(back) button is greyed out. [Note if you're back in the repository overview, a click abort will close the window] Now in the Update-Repo window (You can get there by pressing strg+o from the normal packagemanager menu): A click on Abbrechen(Cancel/Abort) will close the Update-Repo-settings and(!) the packagemanager, while a clock on Beenden(probably close/exit in English) will just close the update-repo window and get you back to the package manager. If that isn't confusing ... unfortunately I've no exact plan, how to proceed right, but if you agree with me, I think there's a need for general clearance in the original modules (probably even involving the programmers) to give them a unified look and feel. (preferably with only abort or cancel) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I will try what can be achieved via bugzilla and if that doesn't prove successful I will open a FATE/openFATE request. First I ask the YaST developers to replace "Abort" in some frequently used libraries like wizard.ycp (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=478088), summary.ycp (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=478091), report.ycp (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=478093) and progress.ycp (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=478089). Then let's see, how much of the mess is still left. "Cancel" should be translated then with "Abbrechen". -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
