So, does that mean you fixed it?
No, it simply shows that the system is in principle capable of WOL (e.g. BIOS and Hardware can handle it) if the hardware is left in some proper state during shutdown. It also shows that during SuSEs normal shutdown the network hardware is disabled so completely that WOL will not work.
