[Bug 1173511] yast2_vnc fails to restart 'display-manager' service on a minimalx install

The test looks quite weird to me. As far as I see, there is no service manager available in a minimalx system. So, I would say that it does not make sense to configure VNC in that case. Maybe, YaST should not allow to start the client in this scenario.
Is there any specific use case for this test? Thanks!
It is part of the aarch64 Tumbleweed tests. Previously, it was working properly, so something changed: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1314475#step/yast2_vnc/13 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
