I experienced this today on Beta4 (and previously on Beta3). I know it's not a kernel bug but it should be fixed to play well with others. Would be really nice to see this fixed because RC1 / RC2 .. and DEF before Final. Please let me know if you need more. This was just to make sure it's being tracked and follow fix.
