When network installation CD is booted and the "Installation" is selected from the menu, the kernel loads, booting gets to a point when it displays " Integrating /parts/00_lib" message and then the computer freezes. It's not a kernel panic and it's not actually frozen, it just hangs for a minute, displays information about CPU soft lockup and does the same thing again -> see attached screenshots. The error log (Call trace, etc.) is always the same.
