See attached screenshot. There is no method of adding / changing installation media. This bug is similar to 429920. However in that bug it was assumed that there was a previous dvd:/// installation source that had been disabled during the upgrade, leaving no installation source. This is not the case for this bug. There was no previous dvd:/// installation source. I think the problem appears when the old repositories are disabled. When there was a cd/dvd install source in the old system and you upgrade from cd/dvd yast wrongly disables the installation repository instead of the old one. IIRC the problem is that yast uses only URL as the identification, in case of dvd://(old) and dvd://(new) there is a conflict and the result is disabled installation repository. I have even tried to modify one of the previous sources to be dvd:// and enabled it, but that still didn't work.
