Indeed there was such option in OS 12.2 -- user adds LVM group and at the same time checks on encryption for it. In OS 12.3 RC1 it is no longer possible -- when users adds LVM partition (group) the checkbox for encryption gets disabled and off, thus making encryption impossible. Tested using text installer (not GUI). There is the proposal where you can select "Create LVM Based Proposal" and if you activate this you can select "Encrypt Volume Group". I tried this and it worked as expected. If you create a volume group in expert partitioner, you need to enable encryption for the physical volume by pressing "Edit" and activate "Encrypt Device" in the following Dialog. Afterwards you can put that encrypted device into a LVM Volume Group. What exactly did you do?
