[Bug 309525] New: gnome wrongly claims that it' s safe to remove a usb storage device that's still mounted
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=309525 Summary: gnome wrongly claims that it's safe to remove a usb storage device that's still mounted Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Beta 3 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: lnussel@novell.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- I have a usb stick with two partitions, a normal one and a LUKS one. When both partitions are mounted and I choose to umount the normal one a popup appears in the lower right corner telling me that it's now safe to remove the device. The LUKS partition is still set up and mounted at that point so unplugging the device would cause data loss. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
