Is there any reason for using CheckBox instead of RadioButton? With CheckBoxes, it is possible to select more items or even select nothing at all, but these situations don't have sense. RadioButtons force selecting only one option. Default of course is only one. Well, if it has sense, than checkboxes might be neccesary.
