I tried a fresh installation and the sysconfig file was missing, so there's still something wrong. yes had to copy /var/adm/fillup-templates/sysconfig.dnscrypt to /etc/sysconfig/dnscrypt. So not being able to change the local address(DNSCRYPT_LOCAL_ADDRESS=) and "dnscrypt-proxy.socket" file missing is also related to that ? Or should it be filed as separate bug ?
