Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start Yast 2 2.The themes are translated but if you chose a program from yast2 some are not. Once connected to the net, please also install the missing translation packages. This works for me. I do not know why it fails for you. Please reproduce it and then attach y2log from /var/log/YaST2/ .
