The desktop file at /usr/share/applications/monsoon.desktop contains translations for the name, which in this case is useless/misleading/a mistake in my opinion. This is a name, not something general that could be translated. Unfortunately this app is called "Monsun" for me now (german locale), which looks odd (I know that it's called different, the app itself starts as Monsoon and sits as Monsoon in the taskbar) and is awkward if you are used to Gnome Do (which eats those .desktop files and now offers me only "Monsun" as well). I therefor either recommend to remove the translations from this desktop file or (worse in my book, might make sense for novice users maybe) to give it a link name that actually describes what it does and therefor can be translated easily.
