an alias to search --recommends or search --requires, similar to how what-provides works.

In fact one should use --requires-pkg (--recommends-pkg) for this question. --requires just looks packages requiring the name 'somepackage'. --requires-pkg however looks for packages requiring something 'somepackage' provides.
