This bug is being considered for being ignored in openQA as it dramatically impedes the ability for release management to process staging
But kdump is core functionality for SLE/ALP
@behlert, would you be comfortable with ALP having an unreliably loading kdump module?
This is not just affecting the next generation, but also (sooner or later) our SLE products, as we have in SLE 15 regular version updates of the kernel. Let's make sure we find out what causes this, as the kdump functionality is important for a lot of people. (And when you need it, and realize it's not working, it's too late :( ) Petr, is there any information needed from the the systems in openQA which could help debugging this? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
