Hi, I have a similar issue (would come under the same heading) but somewhat different (just a basic "ethernet without link at boot" issue). Same distro and release, arch, etc

It happens with wicked-0.6.18-15.1 (update) and wicked-0.6.18-107.2 (factory)

Should I reopen this one or create a new one?

Please create a new one. But before please ensure you have tried information provided in comment#4 and comment#12 of this bug with wicked 0.6.18.
