What hardware? Can you also try creating new user, log in to that account and try duplicating. If it still behaves the same, try Xgl (xgl-switch --enable). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I tried to repro the bug, but I got nothing. The new user was not using XGL. I logged back into my normal user which uses XGL. And I can still repro the bug, although it behaves a bit differently after a kernel update. Now, the way to make it mess up is by moving the mouse over the close, minimize, maximize buttons on the top right, or the window menu on the top left. And... this only occurs with a Thunderbird Compose email window. This does not happen on the main Thunderbird window, or the Address Book, Preferences, or Account Settings. This also does not happen on gnome-terminal, Tomboy, Firefox, or Pidgin. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I'm using openSUSE 11.0 with Compiz and Thunderbird. When typing a subject in a Thunderbird compose window, the title bar changes between normal, transparent, and translucent yellow or orange. Furthermore, in KDE, this also causes the Task Manager in the Panel to cycle behind transparent and opaque. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

We do not track bugreports for proprietary drivers like NVIDIA filed against openSUSE. Please contact NVIDIA instead. I suggest not to use desktop effects for now. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
