I recognize it, that when i try to switch windows or try to use the controller panels, all the panels and also the desktop is stock. It takes about 10 secondes until the Desktop is back again and catches up on the task, i wanted to do. This is a really unconfortable, because it sometimes happens quite often and disrupts my workflow! From the description I understood it's only the plasma-desktop hanging, not whole X.

So i think you are right to call it a problem in plasma desktop. Suprisingly: Recently i changed my *branding-openssuse packages to -branding-upstream packages with all the dependencies (which includes reinstalling of many kde* packages) and since this, the problem stopped to occur. Either the triggered reinstall of packages fixed it or there is something broken in the opensuse branding. It would be helpful if you could try to switch back to *branding-openssuse packages and see if it still happens.
