This is a standalone application, not a library, so I think it makes sense to keep it up to date. I don't think it makes sense to wait another 8+ months to update this. If you really need a bug to justify this update this one is quite annoying. https://bugs.launchpad.net/openlp/+bug/1034145 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=782924 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=782924#c5 --- Comment #5 from Andreas Jaeger <aj@suse.com> 2012-10-02 11:48:35 UTC --- Joseph, in openSUSE we assume that packages go before the release are of release quality - and therefore updates for them need to be justified. ;) I'm fine with taking the update, it's a matter of explaining clearly why this update is needed. My suggestion in this case: * Add this bugzilla number as "bnc#782924" to the changes file * Mention at least one bug that is fixed. Looking at the reference you gave, why not say "Fixes output location in default view" And then resubmit. The changes entry is part of what users that update the package read - and they like to know why it's important for them to update. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
