The updates crashed the nouveau driver. After some trials, I detected the problem by accessing system with ssh, and running "dmesg -H" command. A bold red line pointing nouveou failure was visible, with a huge hex code. I have NVidia card (GEForce 9500GT) and a onboard card (Intel G31). I solved the problem so: I booted the system via sub-menu "Advanced Option" on boot screen into recovery mode, I have opened yast, software repository, so added the community repository "NVidia Graphics Drivers". Then launched "Online Updates" and the proper NVidia driver was installed. To make system boots again into normal mode, it was needed (temporarily) to disable onboard card in setup too. After reboot, normal boot, as root I opened "NVidia X Settings" program (installed by NVidia driver) and, in option X Server Display Configuration, after desirable adjusts with the program, I clicked the button "Save to X Configuration File", saving the configurations in a file with name "xorg.cong" within /etc/X11 directory. Needed also was to configure via YaST, "Boot loader", Kernel Parameters, the "Vga Mode" to "Text Mode". Nvidia ask for that in "dmesg -H" output. After that configuration, the login screen comes to right monitor (it insisted staying in wrong monitor before), and I could re-enable my onboard video card. Systems boots without problems, but the second card (G31) is yet not configured to graphical use (I have 3 monitors) as before. It is working in text mode. So, my configuration is now as following: Nvidia card running dual head two monitors in graphical mode. The graphical mode resides in (crtl+alt+F7) console. G31 card with 6 text mode consoles with login prompt (from (crtl+alt+F1) until (crtl+alt+F6)). To me, its enough. But I lost my afternoon... And been a bit tired.
