Is there any chance you could provide the strace of the 'snapper rollback' command?
Does rollback work with some older snapshot?
snapper rollback works perfectly fine for all snapshots. But booting a read-only snapshot directly from the grub-menu does not work for any snapshot. Made a snapshot of a successfull rollback anyways (booting to this snapshot failed with above message) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

I understood the bug incorrectly. Then it looks to me like a duplicate of 964553 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 964553 *** -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
