There was a message, that package conflicts can't be solved automatically, so I started package configuration. I chose one additional pattern, 'kde-imaging' and then chose details. Problems: I keep getting the message: 'Can't install pattern:kde_imaging-10.2-39.ppc[20061004-123925] since it is already marked as needing to be uninstalled' And a related problem: only part of this message is shown in the popup window (this text was extracted from the expert/save option). No matter if I choose 'install kde_imaging' or not, the dialog returns. I gave up after about 30 tests, so the reset button is next...
