I don't seem to get along with your suggestion: "Then please retry with 'linuxrc.log=/foo linuxrc.debug=1' and attach the log file you get after all your above activities." I type what you suggest in the boot options line at the bottom, exactly as you typed it out ( without the hyphens ), but there seems to be no log generated. While in linuxrc there is a terminal available at CTL+F9 it does not show a dir /foo on ls / I also tried wit /tmp instead of /foo there seems to be something going on, but nothing like linuxrc.log or similar.
