[Bug 408157] New: Problem with accessibility hierarchy in yast-gtk
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=408157 Summary: Problem with accessibility hierarchy in yast-gtk Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: Alpha 0 Platform: All OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: mgorse@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- It is apparently possible for an atk object to have a NULL child or have children whose parent is not the original object. Ie: run yast2-gtk Select "mail transfer agent" With Orca running from a terminal, press ORCA+ctrl+alt+pgdn (ORCA being insert for a desktop or caps lock for a laptop). It will print the hierarchy as it sees it and give warnings such as the following: WARNING CHILD.!= PARENT WARNING CHILD IS NONE!!! It is also possible to see this in accerciser; <dead> appears in the tree as a child of the object, and selecting it and querying acc.getChildAtIndex(0).parent will give a different result from querying acc.getChildAtIndex(1).parent -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
