Please consult this theme's documentation and install the necessary Kross components. There is a similar bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdeutils-kde4/+bug/183289 but it has not been reported on bugzilla yet. It seems to be still unresolved. You seem to be missing some python libs, or the script is corrupted.
