Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Press pencil icon to enter edit mode 2. Add tag <br>, or <br/> that currently can't pass rich text validator 3. Press Set Description 4. Text can't pass validator, and new edit window appear where user can correct errors, but < is < and > is > Actual Results: Fromatting tags appear in description.
