Some packages override cmake definitions already defined in the basic cmake
macros, as shown below for mingw32-qt5keychain.spec: 

...
         -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE="Release" \
...
         -DCMAKE_INSTALL_BINDIR:PATH=%{_mingw32_bindir} \

The problem with overwriting the build type, for example, is that it leaves the
corresponding debug package without information.
