The list of requires is directly available via the Resolvable API, and one can a list of packages providing these requirements using WhatProvides. However, the requirements can be different for different versions of the same package. I'm not sure how that could be presented. Plus, we have a lot of more importing things to do and this is an expert thing that an expert can get by other means, so i'm afraid we won't do it.
