I have updated to the latest version 1/05/2018 and what i've noticed is that when you adjust yast2-network settings, the resolve.conf file looses previously configured nameserver information. hence, you can no longer view the web or do anything for that matter.
i forgot to mention that it is with the wicked networking configuration only. i have found that if you change from wicked to network manager, the resolve.conf file gets fixed -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

i then rechecked the resolve.conf file again and the nameservers were listed as before -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
