According to /var/log/YaST2/badlist: 1 packages failed totem-xine-2.22.2-7.1.i586 conflicts with totem provided by totem-2.22.0-41.1.i586 Please see the attached video for the problems one faces while downloading and installing these codecs. Long story short, the wizard launches YaST to install other packages, rather than showing a conflict resolution screen. Attached files: 1. My /var/log/YaST2/y2log gzipped 2. Then, I re-downloaded the codecs-gnome.ymp file. Initially, I encountered the same symptoms as documented before. I then deleted the /var/log/YaST2/y2log file in order to get a 'clean' log to post here. I ran the one-click-installer directly from Firefox's download window as before, and, this time, it worked fine.
