There is probably something to clean up which could be possibly done also in the RPM as post-install step. Alright, looks slightly different. Shared elements that should be always installed, because themes inherit from default, are only foudn in the kdebase4-runtime-branding-upstream package. When kdebase4-runtime-branding-openSUSE is installed, these are not found.
