The summary says "unexpected behaviour" - and I agree that the fact that updating zypper requires you to remove sysvinit can be considered suprising. But now that it's documented (in here) there is no suprise anymore. So INVALID is not exactly right, we resolved the suprise by a mean of documenting it - so you could argue it's FIXED.
