I have tried to update this but YAsT stop this progress because it will change the architecture from several programms from x86_64 to i586. I have installed the 64bit version of openSuSE 11.2 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start YaST 2.Bind in official externel Repository http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/games/openSUSE_11.2/ finish with update 3.Select Softwaremanagement install or delete software 4. Unfortunately the tarball does not contain solverTestcase/solver-system.xml.gz file (even though the solver-test.xml mentions it). Didn't you forget it somehow by chance? Anyway, i tried to reproduce this with zypper on my 11.2 workstation, and it seems it has no problem with it: $ zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/games/openSUSE_11.2/ gamesy $ zypper in DirectFB-1.2.9-7.1 . no problems, no arch change As you can see above, the repo now has DirectFB-1.2.9-7.1, maybe the problem was solved in the repo? I'll close this report now, but if you still will have the problem and you will suspect it is due to a bug in software management, rather than in the games repository, please reopen this report and try to attach newly generated solver test case.
