I had to manually specify /usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/avkys in the plugins section to have something listed on the second tab 2/ without the step above, nothing can be selected in the 'General options' section 3/ even when steps above are resolved, the app still doesn't capture anything. Tested with different 'video capture' settings and v4l2 camera driver.
