Thank you for the report. I am not sure that reverting the commit altogether is the right thing to do. I would prefer simply patching the shebangs. I have CC'd Jan (Martin who did the initial SR is already on CC) to suggest what's the best way to do that in the python rpm packaging context otherwise I will simply use 'sed' to patch the files.
