flash-player package should install latest version of flash player browser
plugin an standalone player.
Browser plugin version is correct (10.2.153.1) but standalone version is
10.0.45.2 (file /usr/bin/flashplayer)
Current version of standalone flash player available from
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
is 10.2.153.1 and this is the version that should be installed with the package
flash-player

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install flash-player package
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
/usr/bin/flashplayer is version 10.0.45.2

Expected Results:  
/usr/bin/flashplayer should be version 10.2.153.1
