Luckily, the configuration continued when I clicked OK and finished successfully. I can boot into my system and so far everything is OK. Yast logs attached. In addition there is a "PackageSlideShow.ycp:514 division by zero" no idea if this is connected. When I clicked OK on the messagebox, it disappeared and the configuration continued.
