I added 3 x .EXE files to the project and using default + Verify, I hit the Burn Button K3B requested to format the DVD and I permitted this. K3B then error'd and indicate it could not mount the Media and I was offered the standard Load, Force, Eject, Abort dialogue box. I chose to reload the Media - The draw then went back into the device and produced the error log as below. Not surprisingly I have never been able to use K3B successfully to burn a DVD/CD and with this stability, and the number of bugs open on K3B in the KDE database I again suggest or question its inclusion in the OpenSuse Installation Media Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.As Above 2. 3. It may be that your problem will go away if you use cdrecord instead of growisofs. Make sure to use the original software from: ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/cdrecord/alpha/ http://cdrecord.berlios.de/ and not the broken fork wodim. Note that SuSE provides binary packages for the original software.
