Yes, please try again with hostonly mode disabled and send the rdsosreport.

I tried again with hostonly disabled and I confirm the system never completes the boot and never reaches the emergency shell so i cannot gather the rdsosreport. I tested with both method (rd.hostonly=0 in kernel command line and with dracut.conf and recompiled initramfs image. I'm sorry but I cannot provide what you asked.
