There was nothing on google on this, and the xs_handle cannot be debugged as xs.so isn't visible to me Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: - install 11.4 64bit (on AMD Phenom II) - installed hypervisor and tools (I created br0) - boot into xen kernel - run a zypper update - execute xm list Actual Results: cannot connect to xen - "is xend running"? Expected Results: output of defined virtual machines from xenstore, even if there are none Cannot run any of the VM management tools either -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

What might that fix... be, since it clearly hasn't been deployed yet (ie: meetoo, with a fresh 11.4 install only 2 weeks old and zyppered up to date). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Would someone be so kind as to clarify 1) What the problem actually was 2) What the solution was, and 3) Whether that actually applies to OS11.4, which is what *this* bug was filed on? As it appears to itemize a lot of OSs which are not OS 11.4... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
