Following actions were taken: 1. Protect Internal Zone was Checked -SSH Preset was placed and fire wall restarted Result:Firewall Still Blocked, Connection Timed out 2. Removed all presets from external zone 3. Manually added port TCP 22 to firewall RESULT:Success could SSH into the server. Final conclusion is that there is a bug in the presets for the firewall... Recommended action/Suggestion:Review Presets in the firewall to make sure they are setup properly..
