Hello folks,

After updating to kernel 2.6.27.19-3.2, the system refuses to keep the
brightness level above the lowest one in my Acer Aspire 5710-6139. I can change
the brightness to any level, but it returns to the lowest level after hiting
any key or the touchpad. This is irrespective kpowersave is active or not.
